The Winter Arc: Giveaway

The Winter Arc: Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry (“Entrants”).

Moon Rabbit Labs LLC (the “Sponsor”), ViralSweep LLC (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, partner brands, and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents, and each of their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent on meeting all requirements in these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from all liability related to this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Online entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit moonrabbitsupps.com/pages/giveaway (the “Website”) and complete the entry form with all required information. Each completed form earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) form entry per person and per email address.

Bonus entries: After submitting the entry form, Entrants may earn additional entries by completing any of the following optional actions:

• Instagram: Follow Moon Rabbit Supplements — one (1) bonus entry
• Instagram: Follow partner brand Anhem — one (1) bonus entry
• Instagram: Tag a friend and like the designated Sweepstakes post — two (2) bonus entries
• X (formerly Twitter): Follow Moon Rabbit Supplements — one (1) bonus entry
• X (formerly Twitter): Repost the designated Sweepstakes post — one (1) bonus entry
• Facebook: Follow Moon Rabbit Supplements — one (1) bonus entry
• Refer-a-Friend: One (1) bonus entry for each new eligible Entrant who enters using your unique referral link
• Purchase: Two (2) bonus entries for every $1.00 spent at moonrabbitsupps.com during the Sweepstakes Period, using the same email address used to enter. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar and exclude taxes and shipping. Canceled or refunded orders are void.

Mail-in entry (no purchase necessary): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage to: The Winter Arc: Giveaway, Moon Rabbit Labs LLC, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd #337438, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2026, and received by November 22, 2026. Each mail-in entry is worth sixty (60) entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means, or entries made using multiple or fake identities or email addresses, are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded.

Grand Prize: The winner’s choice of one (1) Apple Watch or Garmin smartwatch, with the model selected by the Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize grows with the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, from all entry methods combined, as recorded by the Administrator:

• Fewer than 10,000 entries — ARV $500
• 10,000 to 14,999 entries — ARV $750
• 15,000 or more entries — ARV $1,000

Where no single watch model matches the applicable prize level, the Grand Prize will consist of a watch plus compatible accessories with a combined ARV equal to that level.

Maximum total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize, or any part of a prize, with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes supplied by partner brands are fulfilled by those brands, and the Sponsor is not responsible for their condition or warranty.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, conducted by the Administrator on or about November 24, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within three (3) days of the drawing.

A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, along with any tax information required by law, within ten (10) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner who receives prizes with a total value of $600 or more. Prizes will ship only to addresses within the United States. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery.

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or email failures; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or any error that may occur in the processing of entries. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the Administrator’s privacy policy. By entering, Entrants agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect eligibility.

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
