Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel comfortable trying Moon Rabbit for the first time. If your first order isn’t the right fit, we offer a limited refund policy outlined below.
First-Order Refunds (60 Days)
Your first Moon Rabbit order is eligible for a refund within 60 days of delivery.
- Refunds are limited to your first order only, opened or unopened
- Bundles, multi-item sets, promotions, discounted packages, and free items are not eligible
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
- A $5 restocking fee applies
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once a first-order refund has been used, all future purchases are final sale, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Returns After Your First Order
In rare cases, unopened and unused products may be approved for return after your first order.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and sealed
- Return approval must be received before shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping
- Products must arrive in resalable condition
Subscriptions
Your first subscription order qualifies for the same 60-day first-order refund policy.
If you’ve placed a one-time order before starting a subscription, refund eligibility no longer applies. Subscription shipments that are not canceled in time are not refundable unless they qualify as a first order.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
